Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in the scenic heart of Bacharach, providing a great location for exploring the Rhine River area. The rooms are quite big, offering a beautiful view of Stahleck Castle, albeit taking some time to cool down. The service is very friendly and helpful. The dining experience is delicious, featuring a buffet with a variety of meats, cheeses, and breads. The facilities are modern and well-maintained.
Staying in the middle of the village was a beautiful experience at this hotel. The rooms were charming with lovely wood paneling and character, although the view from our room was slightly limited. The service was exceptional, with included breakfast that even included a polite knock on our door about 15 minutes before check-out to encourage us to hurry without feeling rushed. The location was extremely central and just a 2-minute walk to the Rhine River for cruises. However, the lack of air conditioning meant noise from the nearby railways when opening the windows, although the cozy down pillow and comforter made up for it. The dining, especially the generous buffet with cheese, breads, cold meats, eggs, and cereals, was exactly what we needed. Overall, a great choice, especially considering the value for money.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location is fantastic for strolling around Bacharach, just a 2-minute walk to the Rhine River for cruises. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The room was beautiful, spacious, and had a lovely view of Stahleck Castle, but it did get a bit warm at night. The dining experience was simple yet quite good, with a great buffet selection. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, providing a clean, comfortable, and quiet retreat in this beautiful town.
